Send Feedback or Report a Bug
There is no message form backed by a server on this site. The site stores nothing, so there would be nowhere for a submission to go. Instead, the form below simply opens your own email application with the message pre-filled: you review it, and you press send yourself. Nothing is transmitted to this site’s server at any point.
The form fills in this site’s support address, support@ai-image-converter.pages.dev, as the recipient. Because the message is composed and sent entirely from your own email application, you always see exactly what is being sent and to whom — and nothing at all is transmitted by this website itself.
What to Include
The more specific a message is, the more useful it is. Helpful things to include:
- Which page you were on when the problem happened.
- What you expected, and what actually happened instead.
- Your browser and device, if you are reporting a bug.
- For file problems: the file’s format and its rough size. Never attach confidential images you would not share.
Response Time
Messages are read when possible. There is no guaranteed response time, no phone support and no ticketing system — this is a small free tool, not a service with a staffed help desk. If your message includes the details listed above, a useful reply is far more likely. In the meantime, the FAQ and the How It Works page answer the most common questions, including why Adobe Illustrator files cannot be converted directly.
